Dickinson, Executive Director of Florida DMV, Mr. Dickinson will be contacting Tax Collectors immediately in each
county to inform them that NP's can sign the handicapped parking permit and use their own license number and
not be required to have the MD license on the form. Thanks to all for their help to make this clarification
